Mother Carter, what a sweet lady. She was loved dearly by myself and others. Praying for you family that God will uphold and comfort you. I sure miss that good old fried corn she made, I sure felt special when Mother would b ring me a little bowl. To be absent from the body is to be present with Lord, rest on Mother Carter.

Mother Carter will truly be missed. She was a very patient and kind person. She would laugh and speak her mind. She never had a problem of telling you the truth. She was in the hospital one time. I had the pleasure of visit with her. Even thou, she was sick. She was in a good spirit. I was sitting near her bed. The male nurse came in to take her to lunch. She said, something to make him laugh. People always felt comfortable of being around her. She was always concern about others. She had a sweet spirit. She was truly a mother of Zion. One! Whose life represent the love of God. She is gone, but not forgotten. She has touched so many people lives. Never will her memory fade. A true mother of Zion has been called home to glory. The angels were rejoicing to receive her in heaven. She was good at remember my name. Everyone was important to her. She never met a stranger. She shall truly be missed. Love, Darlene Carroll
