Proctor, James McCray "Jim", 70, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Jim was born on June 17, 1938 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Joe and Ruth (Nelson) Proctor. Jim coached many football, basketball and softball teams in the Tulsa community over the years. He never met a player he did not like and he never quit. His encouraging words from the sidelines led many teams to victory. Jim also loved to dance and was often seen performing the "Jitterbug." He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda (Comer) Proctor on August 2, 2006. He is survived by his son, Jacob Proctor; aunt, Mary Nelson; brother-in- law, Kevin Comer; sister-in-law, Cindy Evans; nephews, Logan Evans, Adam Comer and his wife Crystal; niece, Addie Evans and great nieces, Alaina and Alyson Comer. Service 2:00 P.M. Monday Memorial Park Chapel with interment following in Memorial Park Cemetery. Ninde Brookside 918-742-5556.
