Dot will always have a special place in my heart. We worked together at Brookhaven Hospital. She was my first nursing mentor. She believed in me and encouraged the dreams in me. I loved her never ending quest for knowledge. She was fisty, and a fighter. I loved the way she loved Hart. She tried to teach me her gift of gardening. Sorry to say Dot, I can still kill a cactus. There is no one like you. You were truly an original. I will see you in heaven my friend.

I will always remember Dot. The many, many nights we spent together on the 30th floor at City of Faith. Dot was always an encourager and a good friend. Also can remember visiting her and her husband at their lovely home. What a blessing it was to have met her and have her touch my life.

I worked with Dot at the City of Faith. She was a "hoot" to work with and always complimentary of of others. Though I've not kept in close touch with Dot, I've often thought of her and the good times we had together. My greatest sympathies to her loved ones. Peggy Mc Coy

On 13 January, when we returned from our Christmas trip, there was a message from Dot, "Happy Birthday! Just wanted to talk with you." I tried several days later to call her but there was no answer. We never forgot each others birthday. She was a dear and faithful friend. I will always remember the nights we worked together on the Psych Unit at City of Faith and all the excuses we had to have a "party." Dot, I know the angels are 'round you! Grace
