Except for her family, I knew Margaret probably longer than any one else who signs in. When I was four years old, my parents, Young and Agnes Coley met Margaret and Fred at some kind of meeting in Springfield, MO, probably a Union mtg. Since then, we continued our friendship. As an adult, M. and I had a lot of fun, talk and duets at the piano and organ. After she helped me learn the pop tune, "Stay As Sweet As You Are", I played it for her, but she informed me that in the beginning of it, I didn't have the correct chord; I was playing an augmented, not a diminished as needed! We were "pen pals" for several yrs after Basil & I came to TX. Now, I will have to rely on her letters I've saved, for fond & loving memories of Margaret. I have always admired and enjoyed the family remaining. I hope that I can keep in touch with you, always. Love, Lorene (& Basil)
