Starr, Donald Ray, 76, died on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at the Green Country Care Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Starr was born September 12, 1929 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the son of Houston and Alice (Campbell) Starr. He was self employed as a mechanic and a member of the Antioch Baptist Church. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his friend, Dorothy Gatewood of the home; his children: Donald Starr, Sydney Starr, Lynette Starr, Jacqueline Starr, Nita Starr and Terri Lynn Starr. Friends may call at the Ninde Garden Funeral Home, 3841 S. Peoria from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Antioch Baptist Church, 110 W. 56th Street North with the Rev. M. C. Potter officiating. Cremation will follow.
