Jerald Matthew Howell was born May 13, 1941 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the son of James Matthew and Cora (Kettner) Howell. He completed this life on Friday, January 13, 2012 in Skiatook, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Jean Howell, on September 24, 2008.He is survived by his daughters, Tammy Rose of Salem, Arkansas and Charlene Keetner of Oklahoma City.
