I'm just going back thru the obituaries here at Ninde. It's been a year since mom passed next month and actually made me feel good to see Dennis's smiling face today. He was so funny and I know he knows..that I think about him all the time..and I also feel sad. We all had a big curveball thrown at us and I know in my heart that he was ready to call this life as Full & Complete. We had some great talks and his heart was genuine. He was a blessing from above when mom met him. I asked her, what's he like Mom..she said, gentle and well spoken and we hit it off. 20 years of memories and dealing with all us girls. We had alot of quiet time at the garden house..his perfection was welcomed and admired. Love you Den..can't wait to meet again. Ps..I voted for Trump today...ur missing the soap opera..or maybe not..lol

Dennis worked on our cars for years out of the Phillips station. He became a great friend to my husband and I. We had gone out to dinner with he and Sue and also had been with he and Mary in their home. Dennis was always the first to help others, and spread his good humor and disposition to all around him. He was a friend I will always think highly of, as he spread his kindness to all . He was a good example of how to live a good, honest and faithful life. Rest in peace old friend. Sally

RIP my Cowboy Uncle, watching you and Dad stop everything to watch the Big Valley, the Lone Ranger, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, etc. True little boys still inside watching Cowboy shows. I loved you very much. I thank you for all of the wonderful memories.

Hey, I'd like to share a child hood memory. When I was about 6 years old my dad and I were at one of Dennys gas stations which had the shop with the oil service. We'll my dad and Denny were in the shop area talking and there was a empty oil pan on the floor and Denny would flip quarters into it and look at me like go ahead and get it and he continued flipping quarters in the oil pan! Shoot! Before I knew it I had two pockets full of quarters!! Lol! Just wanted to share that memory! Thanks.

I am so sorry for the family's loss of Dennis. He was an amazing man that loved life and loved it to the fullest every day, had a huge heart and dearly loved his family. He always had that beautiful smile on his face and would light up a room the minute he walked in. To the family, each of you will always have all of the wonderful memories, you will always have Dennis in your hearts and, he will forever be watching over each and every one of you. Sending lots of prayers, Jane Vance Hodge

I loved Uncle Denny so much! I have so many wonderful memories of him. Everything from going on vacations, to the lake, ice skating, and most of all going snow skiing with him at Winterpark, Colorado. He was the rock of our family. Everyone at one time or another seemed to go to him for advice since he was so business minded and knowledgeable. My boys and I will miss you lots but I know in my heart we will meet again. Love you so much Uncle Denny!

My brother and sister and myself all loved Denny. We lived with him and his first wife, Bonnie, briefly and he was very good to us. We went swimming, snow sledding and lots of different activities and he was always in the big middle of all the fun. He is really going to be missed by all. Denny was my uncle and Bonnie was my maternal aunt.

My Uncle Dennie, I loved him and always had such a fun time visiting, laughing. I always looked up to him and his wisdom and success in life. He always called me whammy Tammy and I will never forget all the good times as a child with all the family together or as an adult with our children and how much love you had to give towards my kids. They loved you as much as I do. I know you are with the rest of the family and I will join you all someday. Goodbye for now! I love you!
