Obituary of Gloria V. Garza

Gloria Viegas Garza was born in San Antonio, TX on Sept 18,1932 to Irene Viegas and Rosindo Garza. She passed from this life on May 31, 2023 at the age of 90.

Gloria was the funniest person on the planet. She loved telling dirty jokes and her delivery was spot on! Gloria was so sharp with knowing everyone's birthdays and telephone numbers and was always full of joy and compassion for others. She loved giving small gifts when she would visit anyone; candles, bread, fruit, etc. She loved to color and also found such pleasure in feeding little birds in her yard, as well as squirrels and rabbits.

Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her very large family. She never married, nor had children yet she was a loving sister and also loved being an aunt, a great aunt and great great aunt.

Gloria was a woman of prayer and always remembered what was going on in each of her family members' lives and what specifically to pray on each one's behalf.

Gloria is preceded in death by her brothers Lupe Espinoza and Julian Espinoza, her sister Marina Espinoza Ontiveros, her niece, Irene Ontiveros Robison, her nephews Carlos Ontiveros and Jimmy Ontiveros, her great nephews John Timothy Ontiveros, Kody Ontiveros, Jason Ontiveros and Perry Lesh.

Gloria is survived by nieces/nephews: Racheal Ontiveros, Ralph Robison, John A(Camille) Ontiveros, Julian(Jeannie) Ontiveros, Margi(Bob)Kuck, Pennie Ontiveros, Debi Supit, Christine(Joe)Davison, Raymond(Cindy) Ontiveros, Rosemary Lesh, Elizabeth Espinoza Craddock, Felix(Keli) Ontiveros; 

great nieces/nephews: Abbie(Eli) Robison, Aaron(Heather) Robison, Micah(Chloe) Robison, Felicia(Ryan) Hill, Charlie Ontiveros, Corey Ontiveros, Amy Ontiveros, Brooke Lawson, Paul(Erin)Collins, Jamie Waite, Zane Atchison, Maileah Ontiveros, Vika(Alex)Chavez, Brenda Rambitan, Haley(Robert) Miller, Brinkley Davison, Erika Paige(Kyle) Morgan, Jerrod(Rachel Utz) Ontiveros, Jenna(Matt) Giesow, Amy Lesh, Stacy Chairez, Janelle(Josh)Ross, Hannah Lesh, Joanna(Andrew)Burns, Michael Craddock, Monica Craddock, Matthew Craddock, Andrea Craddock, Leah Craddock, Emma Craddock, Kortnee Ontiveros, Paden(Makela) Ontiveros, Maddie(Rickey)Peaker;

A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 9, 2023 at Ninde Brookside Chapel, 3841 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105
