Obituary of Roy Brasher

Roy James Brasher was born on October 29, 1921 in Hartman, AR to John and Minnie (Pyron) Brasher. Roy passed from this life on Friday, November 25, 2011 at the age of 90. Roy served his country by enlisting in the U. S. Army during WWII and was honorably discharged. He retired from Oklahoma Steel Castings as a shipping clerk. He was preceded in death by his son, Roy J. "Jim" Brasher, Jr., and his wife of 65 years, Lucille who died October 1, 2011. He is survived by his son, Rev. Richard Brasher and his wife, Jan, of Beggs, OK; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Graveside service 2:00 P.M. Friday Coal Hill Cemetery, Coal Hill, AR. Ninde Brookside Chapel.
