Obituary of Sean Deetz-Pendergrass

Michael Sean Deetz-Pendergrass, 49, died peacefully in his home on Saturday, April 17, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on May 8, 1971 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Michael and Kathleen Deetz. Sean raised his sons Wolfgang and Hunter in the Tulsa area. Sean attended and graduated from Tulsa Union High School in 1990. Upon graduation he attended Tulsa Vo-Tech and received his certification in custom auto restoration. After school, he started working for Hot Rods by Johnny Young where he worked for 7 years. He then went onto work at Thomas Cadillac for a few years. Sean enjoyed gardening and wine making in his free time. He liked concocting different types of wines with different grapes and floral aromas for his family to enjoy. He recently also acquired a pet duck that he loved spending time with. He was preceded in death by his mother Kathleen and his stepfather Thom who had adopted him around the age of 7. He is survived by his sons Wolfgang and Hunter; Father Michael Deetz and wife Donna; Sister Sara McCune husband Guy McCune; His nieces, numerous aunts and uncles, and extended family members.
