Wanda was a homemaker and later started Mini Skills, Inc.  She enjoyed travel, church, bridge, needle arts of all types, and was an active member of Boston Avenue Methodist Church until strokes disabled her in later years.  Wanda will be remembered for her kind, loving, helpful nature and her joy in loving people. She was loved in turn by many people and family was everything to her.

During her life in Tulsa, she participated and served in many leadership roles in the Tulsa community.  She was proud to be Brownie leader at Hoover Elementary for two years, and was coordinator and leader of all the Brownies at Key Elementary for four years.  She actively served the children’s music ministry at Boston Avenue as a choir mother for eight years.  She was active in WSCS and UMW at Boston Avenue and served in the children’s education department in an administrative role.
