Uncle Paul and Aunt Margie took me to Bell's Amusement Park for my 18th birthday. They both we sweethearts. Uncle Paul rode the rides with me. The ride I remember most with Uncle Paul was the very fast eletronic merry go round. How he was able to keep the ride from tossing him into me I don't know but I couldn't keep the ride from tossing me into him and he was a great sport about the ride tossing me into him as we went round and round on that ride. He was fun to be around. My parents and I went over to visit Uncle Paul and Aunt Margie and he called out the feet and hands and colors on the twister game. Later when the Lord took Aunt Margie home, he years later married a sweet lady named Barbara and she was super to accept uncle Paul's relatives. Blessed to have had Uncle Paul in our lives. He enjoyed the circus and he took wonderful photos and i admired the way he kept track of his photos and his caring and thoughtful nature. Proud to say he was a most wonderful uncle and a wonderful and Kind christian man. He was a loving member of our family for many years and is missed by all who knew him.Thankful to Bill and Steve for sharing their Dad with the rest of us. Loving Prayers sent to our dear cousins Bill and Steve and their family.

I will miss my dear Uncle Paul. He always made our visits with Aunt Margie & him fun for me. From the time my parents brought me home from the hospital, through many times of homemade ice cream or grilled hot dogs & hamburgers, and looking through slides or photo albums, I enjoyed spending time with him. He was a quiet man, but had an excellent sense of humor. During the last few years, I saw a strength that I hadn't seen before. His patience and sense of responsibility to Barbara was admirable. I will miss you, Uncle Paul, but I am thankful that I will see you again because of the promise we have as Christians. Love you. Give Aunt Margie a hug from me. See you later!

Steve, Terri, Bill and family, Cheryl and I are very sorry for loss of your father and we share this loss with you. We will miss Paul. We already do. Your dad was fun to be around and I always enjoyed talking to him. He knew a lot about many things. I enjoyed his sharp mind and quit wit. He loved to share his travel photo albums and discuss the trips and all the things he discovered. That was always fun and interesting. The way he conducted his life taught me things over the last ten+ years. He was always respectful of people and their points of view. Most of all, I appreciated the way he cared for my mom. I was amazed at his consistent care, patience, sacrifice, kindness, respect, endurance, and love he gave my mom, especially during the last few years as her health began to deteriorate. I will never forget that. I witnessed his compassion time and time again. Just about the time I thought he was worn out he would come through with new plans to help my mom's quality of life. I will remember our numerous "secret" meetings at the mall food court and him unfolding his list of things he wanted to discuss. We worked out different and inventive ways to help mom cope with her illness. Paul was a good man. He was very proud of his family. You could see it as he talked about each one. We will miss Paul. We have enjoyed many fun memories with him since he and Aunt Jeanie have been married. His love of playing Skipbo, the treasured photos he always shared, and his vast knowledge of various subjects were all ways spending time with Paul was fun. I am so grateful for how he cared for Aunt Jeanie and that expression of love is so appreciated. I'm so glad Jeff and I were able to spend time together recently and share a few more sweet moments. Paul will be missed.
