Gladys Faye (Talley) Knight was born December 19, 1925 in Deer, AR to Troy John & Edna J. (Faught) Talley and passed from this life on September 29, 2012 at the age of 86.
Gladys is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy E. Knight; her son, Danny R. Lockhead; her son-in-law, Charles Phillips; her sister, Wilta L. Smith; and her brothers, Bob C. Talley and Ermond Talley. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Phillips; 5 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
Gladys will lie in state Wednesday from 10:00 - 8:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. and her funeral service will be 2:00 Thursday, both at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home Chapel. She will be laid to rest in the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
