Cleo Verla Adkins was born on August 30, 1917 in Conway, AR to Leonard and Hettie (Heffington) McCaig. Cleo passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at her home in Tulsa. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Adkins in 1997. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Ann Jones, of Tulsa; a son, William Theodore Adkins, of Santa Barbara, CA; 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Service 10:00 A.M. Thursday Ninde Brookside Chapel interment Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
