David Michael Doudican, 72, died May 22, 2011 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Doudican was born January 12, 1939 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He attended Central High School in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Doudican proudly served in the United States Army in cleanup efforts after the Korean War. Mike was a family man with many passions; from coaching and watching his sons and grandsons play little league baseball and football to his time fishing for the big one. He will be remembered for his fun loving joke telling and stories of the ones he loved. Mr. Doudican spent 42 years in Tulsa with his wife Phyllis, and raised a family and enjoyed many wonderful times together. He is survived by his wife Phyllis and Sons, Mike and his wife Donia and their son Dayton; Chip and his wife Mary Lou and their sons Chipper, Chase and Chandler; and Mark and his son Spencer. He is also survived by his sister Lou Carol Stephens and her husband Don of Riverside, CA and his brother Bob Doudican and his wife Ann of Emporia, Kansas and a plethora of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and a few great great nieces and nephews. His Memorial Service will be held at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, OK, at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 31, 2011. The family has requested donations to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
