Lewellen, Patricia Louise, 55, accountant, died October 7, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Patti was born January 21, 1951 to her parents Robert C. Wallace and Mary Lorene Miller in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Patty had her bachelor's degree and last worked for O.G.C.I. She is survived by her son, Eric Lewellen teaching in China but currently of the home; her step-daughters Courtney Lewellen and Whitney Lewellen both of Tulsa; and her sister Jeane Whittenburg of St Peters, Missouri. Her influence and impact will live on in the lives of those who love her. Ninde Garden Chapel.
