Glyn Earle (Hughes) Taylor, 90, died at her home on Wednesday, January 27, 2010. She was born June 4, 1919 in Ada, Ok. the daughter of Earnest Clifton and Jesse Pearl (Turley) Hughes. G. E. lived in Tulsa for 55 years where she and her husband were very active in the community and enjoyed traveling. She was a member of a number of social clubs where she made many friends. She also enjoyed playing tennis until late in life. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom L. Taylor on April 4, 1992. She is survived by her daughter: Lawana Ronald and her husband Stuart of Ada, OK; her son: Hugh Taylor and his wife Heidi of Tulsa; Five Grandchildren and eight great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2010 in the Ninde Woodland Chapel, 5757 S. Memorial. There will be a private family interment.
