Fannie M. (Danzy) Halley, 86, completed this life on Friday, October 9, 2009. She passed at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was born March 31, 1931 in Birmingham, Alabama the daughter of Dennis and Willie M. (Grace) Danzy.
She worked for many years as a nurses aide at the Hissom Memorial Center in Sand Spring, Oklahoma.
She is survived by her daughters: F. Mae Gibson-Giles, Doris Ann Pete, Brenda K. Davis, Glenda Halley, Ruby Billingsley all of Tulsa and Dorothy Woodard of Atlanta, GA; her sons: James William Halley, Jr., Willie D. Halley and Randy William Halley all of Tulsa; her sisters: Ruby Tucker of Haines City, FL and Minnie Lee Reynolds of Abbeville, AL. She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and great Grandchildren.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2009 in the Morning Star Baptist Church, 1014 E. Pine Street. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery.
